Seed Project

10-week course includes a series of lessons that feature movement, voice, collage and more in a spirit of safety, fun and sisterhood without the pressure of personal performance. The experiential component is supported by ongoing lectures and learning in these areas:

Orientation-Receptions

To find out if Seed Project is right for you, please attend a FREE Orientation-Reception on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 7 p.m. Orientation-Receptions are held throughout the year. These will be held at 1776 South Jackson Street, Suite 616 (northwest of I-25 and Colorado Blvd.), Denver, CO 80210.

The Orientation Receptions are FREE and held in a warm, welcoming environment. Refreshments will be served. You will learn about iTHRiVE's philosophy, courses and events. Best of all, you might decide that the iTHRiVE experience is just what you need. Space is limited so reserve your place by sending a confirmation e-mail to alive@ithrive.us.

While highly recommended, it is not necessary to attend a Seed Project Orientation Reception to register for the Seed Project.
